Founded in 2025, Thistle & Thyme Bakehouse is a micro bakery built on the belief that good food brings people together. What began as a small, homegrown passion project has become a beloved neighborhood staple known for its handcrafted breads, pastries, and seasonal bakes, each made with care, creativity, and a commitment to quality ingredients. Every loaf and cookie tells a story of patience, process, and purpose, capturing the simple joy of sharing something made by hand.

Thistle & Thyme sought to shape a brand that felt as intentional as its baking: inviting yet elevated, down-to-earth yet refined. My goal was to build a cohesive identity and digital presence that mirrors their values;  celebrating authenticity, storytelling, and the sensory experience of good bread shared among friends.
